THE RESTAURANT
The 45 cover restaurant is set over two traditionally furnished areas: the first, a slightly more relaxed area which encompasses a real fire and the second, a more formal dining room which has proved to be ideal for private dining and functions, as well as becoming an integral part of the restaurant.
Head Chef, Russell Caines, has no shortage of experience and flair; this can be seen through his ever-changing menu, which draws influence from both traditional British cuisine, as well as the occasional international dish.
